Instructions for Authors

The review process of submitted papers is well underway, all papers received to date have been sent to reviewers, and reviewers comments and notifications of acceptance are being sent to authors as soon as we are receiving them from the reviewers.

Conference papers will be subject to technical peer review before final acceptance for the conference. Authors are requested to please prepare camera-ready copies in accordance with the guidelines that have been prepared by the publishers of the proceedings, A. A. Balkema Publishers.

• Authors should submit 2 (two) hard (printed) copies plus an electronic version (Microsoft Word, or WordPerfect) on a CD or a floppy disk to the address below.
• Please use the Microsoft Word or WordPerfect templates provided below.  Balkema has also provided a sample paper in PDF.
• The deadline for submission of final papers is 22 January, 2003.
• Reviewers comments and notifications of acceptance are being sent to authors as soon as we are receiving them from the reviewers.
• The maximum number of pages per paper is 12 pages for keynote speakers.
• The maximum number of pages per paper is 6 pages for regular contributions.
• Please attach a covering letter to your submission which states the Paper No quoted on your acceptance letter.
• A Speaker's Requirements Form will be available very soon.

Please send 2 hard (printed) copies of your paper  with an electronic version on CD or disk to:
